We have a question and answer booklet which covers the above issues and many more.
Depending on when you bought your home, you should have been given this booklet when you moved in.  If you do not have a copy, please ask us to post you a copy.

* Note:  The sale of homes is handled by our subsidiary, RHT Developments Ltd (RHTD). RHTD used to be called English Villages Housing Association so you may see that name on your documents.  In 2004 English Villages Housing Association changed its name to RHT Developments.
