* Note: The sale of homes is handled by our development subsidiary, RHT Developments Ltd (RHTD). RHTD used to be called English Villages Housing Association so you may see that name on your documents. In 2004 English Villages Housing Association changed its name to RHT Developments, the bit of our organisation which builds, owns and sells homes. This was nothing but a name change to avoid the perception that we were a Housing Association.
