How to Apply

All our homes are sold on shared ownership terms to local people.

If you are interested in one of the homes listed, please follow these steps:

Step 2:	Understand that to be eligible for a RHT home, you must have a local connection and be unable to meet your housing needs on the open market. Find out if you may be eligible by downloading our Allocations Policy and Procedure (pdf).
Step 3:	Read the information sheet “Getting a Mortgage” (pdf).
Step 4:	If you think you may be eligible and want to apply, please complete the application form.
